A: To change the hotkeys on the Tools menu click Options, and then set the hotkeys you want in the Hotkeys field.

A: To help keep your notes more secure, you should use a password to access Smart PIM. To set the password:
    1. On the Tools menu click Options.
    2. On the Password Protection tab, select the Enable Password checkbox.
    3. Click the Password button to set up your password.
    4. To save changes click OK.
